We offer year-round open enrollment. Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is currently under way.

Wellspring Preschool is for potty-trained children ages 2.5-5 years old.

Step 1

Step 2

FILL OUT THE ONLINE APPLICATION AND QUESTIONNAIRE.

• APPLY HERE (Includes Questionnaire)

• PAY ANNUAL REGISTRATION FEE

  • If you would like a paper copy of the application, please email us and we can send you one!

COMPLETE ENROLLMENT FORMS AND OTHER PAPERWORK
